Construction

Part of our services is to educate during orientation OSHA-30 and NYC DOB recommendations; protection of the workforce from the Coronavirus, to insure that all workers are prepared with the proper PPE equipment and the practice of hygiene needed to mitigate workers from exposure to this unseen virus. 

We work closely with the subcontractors ensuring that all workers have the necessary credentials required by agencies, for the work at hand including OSHA-30 and other certifications for the trades in the field.  We introduce each trade to the projects safety goals through project orientation and overseeing trades in the field from the start of the task to completion.  Each trade designates a “competent person”; to make sure the crew adheres to safety standards in the field.  With placement of our safety staff overseeing these steps it ensures to the Owner a smooth flow of work without delays and unforeseen mishaps.  This oversight by our staff helps keep the schedules on track with no lost time due to unsafe practices.

Post Construction

The last step in any build out includes site cleanup, management systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination.  We stay on the job until a TCO is issued and permission is given by the Building Department confirming that the Site Safety Phase of work is complete.
